Reporting Damages or Inconveniences:

In the event of any inconvenience or damage caused, please promptly notify us within 24 or 48 hours to initiate the resolution process.

Cancellation Policy:

Should the need arise for a customer to cancel a signed agreement, a cancellation fee of $250.00 will be applicable.

Stump Grinding Services and Property Infrastructure:

If there is a pipe under the stump or adjacent to it, and it incurs damage during the stump grinding service, an additional fee will be incurred for the repair.

Residential Payment Processing:

Payments for residential services must be processed within a timeframe of 5 business days.

Commercial Payment Processing:

For commercial services, payments must be processed within a timeframe of 20 business days.
