  1. Reporting Damages or Inconveniences:

    • In the event of any inconvenience or damage caused, please promptly notify us within 24 or 48 hours to initiate the resolution process.

  2. Cancellation Policy:

    • Should the need arise for a customer to cancel a signed agreement, a cancellation fee of $250.00 will be applicable.

  3. Stump Grinding Services and Property Infrastructure:

    • If there is a pipe under the stump or adjacent to it, and it incurs damage during the stump grinding service, an additional fee will be incurred for the repair.

  4. Residential Payment Processing:

    • Payments for residential services must be processed within a timeframe of 5 business days.

  5. Commercial Payment Processing:

    • For commercial services, payments must be processed within a timeframe of 20 business days.
